Doors, windows, and curtain rods <br> Apart from these, we advise you to have wardrobes and geysers, as this increases the chances of renting the house. We keep detailed video recordings of the house at every stage, including when we take over from the owner, move in a new tenant, move a tenant out, or make the final handover back to the owner. The video recordings are judged by our proprietary AI-ML algorithm and cross-verified by our in-house team, and charges for any damages/repairs are calculated based on the same. These details are also available to you on your dashboard to ensure complete transparency.

As My Business doesn’t have direct access to the maintenance charges, it is difficult for us to ensure timely payments for the same. As a result, we encourage owners to bear the maintenance costs and account for them when determining the property's rent.

You will start getting the rent once the tenant moves in and starts paying the rent to us. We put in the collection efforts to make sure the rent is passed on to you on or before the 5th of every month on a pro-rata basis.

The contract can be cancelled by either party by giving a 1-month notice if the house is occupied. If the house is vacant, we shall handover the keys within 7-10 working days of the request being raised.
